This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit this website or contact us, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd. When you visit the site, the server automatically stores technical information in log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system, and the referring page. We need this to deliver the website securely and to detect attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a secure, working website). We have a data processing agreement with the host. Log files are deleted by the host after a short period.

3. Contact form and email

If you use the contact form or email us, we process the data you send (name, company, email address, your message) only to answer your request and, if relevant, to prepare a contract. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent).

Messages from the contact form are stored on our own web server at Hostinger and we receive a notification email in our mailbox, which is also hosted by Hostinger. No other service receives your message. We delete your data when it is no longer needed, unless legal retention periods apply (for example for business correspondence).

4. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools. Links to our other websites (goinenglish.de, goinvideo.de) only take you there when you click them. Our contact form uses a short technical session on the server only to prevent spam; it is deleted when you close your browser.

5. Fonts

All fonts are stored on our own server. No connection to Google or other font providers is made when you visit this website.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data (Art. 15), correct it (Art. 16), have it deleted (Art. 17), restrict processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Just email us at info@goinlabs.com.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg (LfDI BW).

7. SSL/TLS encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the lock icon and "https://" in your browser's address bar.
